Sometimes you have the same email address for more than one contact or user that you call in different ways. Remove Duplicate Contacts is a plug-in for MS Outlook that looks for and locates all the repeated contacts you may have. It is designed for large businesses, and supports working with address books of more than a million contacts.
Once Remove Duplicate Contacts detects the duplicates, you can program one of three actions: definitively delete them, copy them to another folder you choose, or more that folder.
